19/Coronavirus outbreak on DHL Global Forwarding’s operations across all regions as well as the impact on Air, Ocean
and Ground Freight transportation.

COVID-19 påverkar oss alla, i Sverige och runt om i världen. DHL Freights nätverk för vägtransporter i Sverige är i dagsläget fullt operativt och vi gör vårt yttersta för att säkerställa utlovade servicenivåer. Inom Europa har många länder infört begränsningar, och även om gränsstängningar inte gäller för godstransporter påverkas vårt transportuppdrag kraftigt i vissa länder.
Referring to the letter issued on 13th of March 2020, we would like to give you further update on the impact of the
COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak on DHL Global Forwarding’s operations across all regions as well as the impact on Air,
Ocean and Ground Freight transportation. We also continue to have a fully functional digital work force with the
majority of employees working from home and in secure environments.
The outbreak of the COVID -19 (coronavirus) has had significant impact on global supply chains, forcing air freight and
ocean freight carriers to cancel, reduce or otherwise adjust services and capacities in the market. In this current
environment rates and transit times from quoting, booking until shipping are subject to change at any moment without
the usual notice periods, all depending on equipment and capacity in the market and for a specific trade.
While we are fully committed to mitigate these impacts and ensure our customers interests are safeguarded to the
highest degree, these situations nevertheless are outside of DHL Global Forwarding’s reasonable control. DHL Global
Forwarding will always communicate pro-actively and with full transparency as updates become available.

will be updated with information about our response and how we are continuously adapting our operations to mitigate
any potential impact.
